Next Manufacturer: Citroen
The next French brand on the list, and one with more relevant Gran Turismo history, is Citroen. The car at the center of this, the GT by Citroen made in 2008, has been the one of the most well known modern video game/real life collaborations in recent memory The racing version being in the series since 2010, with almost 600 HP on tap from a Ford Modular-sourced V8.
As with it's compatriot Renault, Citroen is not well expected to be as being capable to take it to the more popular and proven brands in the GTWS, such as Porsche, Toyota, Honda and Subaru. Known for being massively understeery and cautious with fuel, as well as a harsh driving profile, it'll take a skilled and smart set of hands to take this unwieldy French beast to the top step
