Yellowstone National Park was established in 1872, signed in to law by US President Ulysses S. Grant. The park has been revered for its stunning natural beauty, bountiful wildlife, and geothermal activity. Yellowstone has been the subject of many legends and tall tales for centuries, prompting concern from early explorers who sought to preserve this beauty for future generations, as did the native population before them. Their efforts were successful and Yellowstone continues to be a global destination. It's only natural for this beauty to translate in to photographs.
