Design Rationale

The Calories Calculator app is an interactive app. This app’s target demographic is college students, who are very health-oriented, go to the gym.With this app, the user can you can see the amount of calories on a day and the total amount. They can add or subtract on what they had for the day and there is an option to scan for calories. There is a process check option on the app which is when you sign up on the app, you can selected a goal for the amount you want to get. With process check you can see how far from the goal that was set, and as you are reach for your goal a BLT sandwhich gets filled with color.  The overall tone and mood of this design are colorful, modern, and trendy. The main colors consisted of blue and tan marble. In addition, there is blog post area in the app that user can post there their health journey.
