Plastics
For the final sprint, I made plastics with the poly wall sign, zip ties, and a coroplast sheet for the vacuum box dividers that fit inside the box. I first measured three inches from the top and 4 1/2 inches for the width. After measuring we cut the box with an exacto knife and box cutter and folded the pieces in each other to make a box/encasing. Once I accomplished that I poked holes using the exacto knife and connected the cuts/folded using zip ties to connect the sides/insides of the box. After using the zip ties to connect the box on both ends I then made my coroplast/vacuum box dividers.
I used the coroplast/vacuum former to make the box dividers. I first put the wooden box divider at the bottom and placed a coroplast sheet above to be heated. Once it was heated enough, I slowly placed the sheet over the wooden dividers and vacuumed the coroplast to fit the dividers. Once it cooled down I removed the coroplast and cut the excess off the ends of the box. Once that was completed I fitted the dividers into my box.
