This story is inspired by a legend about the origin of the world, which I discovered in the book "Aux origines du monde : Conte et lƩgendes de Madagascar". Zanahary (God in Malagasy) took a rainbow and cut the stars. The pieces formed the mountains, and the dust created the plains.
