What-if Series: Manufacturers not seen in the Gran Turismo World Finals

Again a Pre-Alpha version of a commonly-upfront entry from Germany, AMG have always been at the front, just never had enough luck. Drivers like Bonelli, Beauvois, and Tsuboi all year have been close to wins, but only get seconds or thirds on the podium. For both the 2016 and new 2020 Evo versions of the AMG GT3 are good platforms for setup, with good tire management and good straight line speed. With the updated BOP however, the HP is set at 505HP, almost 50HP down on it's peak of around 550+, and almost 100HP on the Un-BOP'd 612HP!
More luck has to be on their side, however. Though the driver pairings, probably with the calm and collected Bonelli, can and will be a force to be reckoned with on any and all circuits on the World Finals tour later this year. Can Mercedes finally take it to Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, Porsche and others to become the first Non-Japanese Manufacturers champions? Only time will tell all...
