Hobo Spring at Frame Park in Waukesha, WI. The sign represents Spring City which was the original name for the city of Waukesha. Waukesha, WI was THE destination back in the day that contained all of the springs with the freshest water from Lake Michigan. The painting is a representation of what Spring City and, more specifically, what Hobo Spring used to be, which was a great gathering place for the people coming from the railroad tracks near by to bathe with and collect water.
