In Japanese culture, the meaning of ‘wolf’ has a different description alongside the usual fearful wolf image. For example, in Japanese folk stories, whenever travellers became lost in the mountains, they would usually see the glimpse of the wild wolf. It was believed that the wolf was once a human that guarded the mountain. Therefore, the wolf was seen as a ‘brother’ who led the lost travellers back to their home.

LFG strives to guide their customers to go to their own ideal home. Wolves are social animals; they remain as a pack. They communicate with their group through howling. Their ears stand which means they are alert, listening and assimilating.
The following designs and their minimalist appearances, contain simplicity and elegance through the economy grey lines and simple shapes; the proposal aims to offer a selection of potential solutions.

The logo uses an origami theme as this is an effective way to represent the customer as traditional Japanese paper art. The process of folding paper in order to form specific shapes, acts as a visual metaphor; everyone has their own ‘blank’ paper and LFG provides a world full of colour, enabling customers to use their own creativity and personal vision to build their ideal home.
