Hi. I'm Hanna and I'm a stock illustrator.
I've been experimenting with style for a long time. Because it wasn't my main job.
And that's how I started doing stock collages. Let me show you a little bit of my process and growth.

Then I did some stock collections.
Do you think it doesn't look very professional? And the themes are trivial? I think the same.

But I've been experimenting, looking for textures and colors, the painting themes are unrecognizable too. Because there were almost no collages in mickrostokes at the time. I had to guess what customers might want.
Nevertheless, the sticker set wasn't bad. Am I right?
Recall that I did it only in a vector, and with stock limitations (on file size, or for example, that you can only use personal photos and textures)

I realized that this could be sold on microstocks.
I continued to experiment with color. I began to do more than just dark, contrasting work. I still think they're better, though.
Started painting additional elements for collages. After all, microstocks are more for the elements. For designers to work comfortably.
I like that the new style works for microstock buyers. I like that you can do more than just something "typical" stock.
This is where I started to learn a little bit about 3D, in order to do simple things like megaphone. The stock rules are that EVERYTHING you use has to be yours - dictate the rules. And motivate to learn new.
At that time the war in Ukraine began. I was born in Mariupol, now I moved to Poland.
But it all added stress, there was less time for drawing and projects.
2023
I'm still experimenting and searching for my style. 🙃
I'm starting to find artists that I'm inspired by.
For example, in the artwork below you can see that I recently found Tyler Spangler on Pinterest. This is absolute love.

I also started studying After Effects the other day. It's a simple project, but it was hard for me :D.
But here are the first results.
I like that my projects are coming to life. But I don't like how exactly. lol
I'll be working on it some more.
That's all at this point.
I am a self-taught author, so I learn everything from my own experience and mistakes. I try to read a lot of educational books and tutorials. But in my opinion the main thing is that I enjoy the process.
By the way, if you can recommend courses on collage, please do it.
I will be glad to get your feedback.
