It is inspired by bamboo which has contrast between empty space inside and tensioned skin and it°Øs sepaerated joint. I try to use bamboo°Øs veiled space with warm light and joint with dividing light. Therefore, you can control the position of light by moving up and down the small piece of bamboo.
By using natural space, bamboo°Øs empty space, you can feel the warm and comfortable mood in your lifetime.
Concept; catch the light in bamboo’s warm, mild but empty inside.
By using light, I experiment the lighting effect with controlling bamboo°Øs overlapping part. Because of bamboo°Øs joint, we can see the ligh staying inside the joint.
The greatness of nature
Bamboo°s shape and charactors are all from nature. I can feel the great design from nature. You can use it not only as a lighting at night, but also decoration during the daytime.
