Client: Hotel Indigo (IHG).
Role: Creative direction. Concept design. Content writing. Design.
Understanding and living the brand is an important element of every employee’s experience with
IHG. We developed a full marketing communication strategy with Hotel Indigo to educate, inspire
and maintain enthusiasm for the brand. The campaign includes a brand induction programme,
microsite, workbooks and employee newsletter as well as a host of other sustainment communication
materials to help employees deliver inspiring service at their hotels.
