The house was designed for a family who enjoys coming together yet enjoys their personal space to chill and work. Design style was minimalistic and followed open plan system with flexible spaces bleeding into each other.
The house was designed for a family who enjoys coming together yet enjoys their personal space to chill and work. Design style was minimalistic and followed open plan system with flexible spaces bleeding into each other.
Taking natural light and ventilation as an hierarchical decision in design, the site forces dictated the planning and amount of privacy from its adjacent houses.
Internally following the concept of visual permeability and providing optimum luxuries a central void connecting all spaces was an essential technique. It not only provided visual connectivity over the levels so users can interact with each other but can also enjoy their dedicated spaces as well.
