Supuppy
– natural supplements for dogs

With an aim to fill a gap in the market, Supuppy is a natural dog supplement startup that promotes canine health by focusing exclusively on tested ingredients of high quality and trusted origin. Offering its product in a convenient subscription model, Supuppy is a pioneer in delivering a daily dosage of the product onto the client’s doormat. Their product is made by the industry’s leading experts, including animal nutritionists, behaviourists, and veterinarians. With this in mind, the incentive behind the branding was to bag potential investors to back the project.

Scope of Work: Tinge Studio was responsible for the branding and packaging design of Supuppy. A set of charming illustrations featuring three dog characters has been carefully designed to match each of the three supplements, drawing inspiration from our very own dogs. The illustrations have been doodled by hand in bright and joyful colours: a lively and leafy verdant green and a somewhat contrasting gentle lilac reflect the two sides of our pampered tail-waggers, sometimes calm and obedient and sometimes playful and cheerful and mischievous. Alluding to this is the brand’s in-on-the-joke tone of voice that is built around dog puns (including Poland’s word for woof, hau). Strong, slightly wiggling typography has been used and clashed against clean and centred layouts. The paw icon in the logo functions as a seal, representing a badge of quality, granted both by the labs and the dogs themselves. One of our main challenges was a limited budget as Supuppy is a growing startup. To address this, we opted for economical kraft paper pouches for the packaging. The pouches are not only cost-effective but also environmentally friendly, as they are recyclable.
