Resum:

El següent projecte explora les morfologies i estètiques de la violència partint de referents cinematogràfics per a aplicar-los a una línia d’escultures de ceràmica. El projecte busca definir una metodologia concreta i adoptar-la com a estratègia constructiva per a generar a una sèrie de peces escultòriques amb atributs estètics comuns. La col·lecció resultant busca generar una sensació física al públic i parlar sobre la força tàctil dels objectes, com ens hi relacionem i l’impacte que ens generen.

Abstract:

The following project explores the way violence has been shown in our cinematographic culture in order to apply those aesthetics into a series of ceramic sculptures. Technically, we want to define a personal methodology which will be used to generate a collection of sculptural pieces with common appearance. The aim of this collection is to study the way we can use objects to raise a feeling to a public.

This project was chosen to be exhibited in the collective exhibition "Sense Títol" 2023. A students collective show where the bests projects from each of the disciplines are exhibited for a week. My ceramic sculptures were chosen to represent the sculpture department toguether with the installations from my colleagues Alicia Campo (Metal sculptures) and Clara Garriga (white ceramic sculptures).
