In commemoration of the Diamond Anniversary of the Church of the Risen Lord (CRL), the Methodist church of the University of the Philippines, I've created a logo that reflects the church's theme of "Arise, Act, Achieve", and will serve as their identity for the rest of the year onwards. I've done this as a personal service to the CRL as it has become a part of my spiritual growth since my childhood until my adult life, and this is one way of giving back to them and their cause.
As maroon is the University's official color, I've made use of it in the design, bringing in light flares of different colors symbolizing God's hope and love shining like light striking through the many facets of a diamond.
