Here I took old damaged image and it was not fully black and white so first I clear the damages with the help of blending tool 

After clearing the damages I converted this image into black and white.

After that I took solid color and painted teeth and converted it to soft light.

later, I followed same step for lips by using maroon color, 

I selected the hairs and followed the same process

I took solid color and select to her skin and choose soft light in gradient option and I faced so many challenges while selecting the skin color because any color didn't' matched to her face 

I select the cloth and followed the previous step after that I took olive green color and converted into solid color
