The Order of Epona - Lady Luna

I was commissioned by two new members of Fort Collins-based medieval reenactment group, The Order of Epona. Juri Moore, Lady Luna, commissioned a surcoat styled like her team-mate's, in navy blue with white heraldry. She chose a dyed duckcloth for the skirt and a faux velvet for the bodice. Adding a belt embellishment for flair, Lady Luna's surcoat was battle ready.

It truly is a thrill to work on these costumes. It reminds me and makes me grateful for all the ways this kind of art is realized. There's no shortage of creative minds or creative outlets out there.
