So, working together with the stakeholders and Reckitt, we devised a hybrid approach, enriching the brands unique science and technologies with our dedicated field research and facilitated innovation workshops.

Built around video ethnography, these workshops served as a window into the lives of Reckitts future consumer, encouraging ideation through empathy and real-world examples. Immersed in the world of their audience, we guided brand leaders towards the most critical insights to build out with innovation and future research.

Together, we explored a rich and varied ecosystem of opportunities in both OTC healthcare and personal care. Our collaborative approach ensured that the voices of internal teams and customers were heard, allowing for informed decisions to be made through big picture and granular details.
