I created a high poly to low poly Character Sculpt in Zbrush and brought in a textured product into UDK.
I first gathered reference for a star wars themed "Sith Queen" and began to create some pre-production. Went through many different designs before coming out with the final.
Then I took a default human brush from zbrush and altered it to match the basic anatomical shapes as my character. Then I proceeded to model clothing in maya and bring it into zbrush for high poly sculpting information. All in passes of course.
