Typology: Its combination of many districts and their harmony strength their function till reaching completeness of the whole land. It includes Ras El-Hikma university, Startup- village(main core of technology park which also achieve 4th place concept), technology park (Companies headquarterand main vistors zone beside Expo area and connected directly to the Hotel), Student accommodation, Recreational area & Waterfront zone.
