ABOUT BRAND
Britannia is one of the famous companies in the Indian market; most people know the company’s products as well. Now we are going to see ‘Gobbles’ by Britannia Cake. There are six different variants present in ‘Britannia Gobbles’ and two of its variants are ‘Fruity Fun’ & 'Choco Chill' which I redesigned. Britannia Gobbles is focused on kids, for consuming this snack as a break time snack in schools.
REDESIGNED PACKAGING CONCEPT
Upon review of the original packaging in both variants, I noticed the utilization of varying color block tints. However, the typography was less than engaging and did not align with the packaging's intent. My proposed concept was to revamp this packaging by incorporating a more bubbly and playful typography, resonating with the child-like charm of its target demographic.
In addition, I sought to impart a personalized touch to the "CAKE" typeface to further its appeal. In order to maintain brand consistency, I elected to preserve the original color scheme, thereby ensuring the packaging's identity remained intact.
This is a hypothetical redesign of Britannia cakes packaging.
