HERE We Grow: Raising funds to build the second-ever academic building at the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus
The University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee leadership has long desired to expand academic programming on its small campus, and additional education and research space must be built to make that happen. I have consulted with their advancement and marketing teams to define key messages and create the plan to provide development officers with the resources needed to spark interest from potential donors.
In addition to developing the communications plan, I wrote the content for the web, quick-reference card and case overview. I also designed the website homepage concept and the case overview (below). While the "Here we grow" tagline had been used in talking points and early communications for the project, the case overview emphasizes "HERE" to emphasize the important role of location and community impact for the initiative.
