Exploring a new dawn of climate legislation in the latest issue of the world's leading environmental research magazine.
This issue of Resources magazine focussed on the Inflation Reduction act, a new and ambitious piece of climate legislation that will reshape the US energy and manufacturing sectors and reduce emissions. It also looked at the economics of biodiversity; examining human interactions with nature from an economic perspective and how we can pursue better outcomes. Also featured were highlights from RFF and NASA’s multiyear collaboration to quantify the value of satellite information in decision making, and the transcript of an insightful conversation about nuclear energy innovation and deployment.
As with each issue, I created the layouts as well as contributing a number of infographics and illustrations. The issue also featured a couple of great commissions – Estudio Santa Rita created an engaging and otherworldly depiction of nuclear innovation, and Studio Muti provided some small but characterful spot illustrations about a recent RFF event.
