I took a candid photo after the 2022 Pride Parade in Aurora, and wanted to eventually use it as an art reference pic. A year later, I finally did. 🙌
I loved the matching shirt and hair color (even though blue is my least favorite color). I also noticed how the keys and long braids provided similar texture and movement. The only change is the background, the original photo was taken heading east on Downer Place on a sidewalk packed with crowds enjoying their Sunday.
