While working at EyeSpyFX (http://www.eyespyfx.com) we worked with Jim Fitzpatrick (http://www.jimfitzpatrick.com) to publish a series of his Artworks on the (then) newly released iPad. The Shared ambition of this project was to convey the Mythology and Folklore belying each Artwork, as well as offering the user a unique experience in viewing the highly detailed paintings.
To achieve this we added an interactive element by allowing the user to 'Spotlight' certain features in each piece, and provide the user with background information (personally provided by the Artist) on that selection.
This made for a unique and entertaining Gallery annotated by the artist himself.
