The information communicated is all the hours for the New York to New Haven train line only. It is a detailed analysis of the week’s schedule.
I tried to make it as simple as I could because most people are in a hurry in towns like New York. The purpose is to be legible and easy to point out their hours of interest.

Experimantation on the layout of the timetable and also on the information.
I designed all the pictograms included in the timetable except the snack and beverage pictogram. They are plain and simple easy to be remembered.
Final
I decided not to use the pictograms and use a geometric shape with a specific color for each purpose.
