In Defense of Food

This book is my design interpretation of an excerpt "In Defense of Food" by Michael Pollan. It talks about how to eat sustainably in order to have a healthier lifestyle. Through the use of contrast and imagery, this structured book demonstrates a sense of consistency and parallelism among its pages. My goal for this book was to show the importance and relevance of food in our lives. The photos were taken at Wholefoods Supermarket, the Clement Farmer's Market, and my apartment. These pages were bound together and the cover was tiled with medical tape.
