INTELLIGENTSIA is an international strategic creative agency, specialising in place visioning, property marketing, and place branding, driven by exceptional thinking.
A cryptic logomark was designed to create a sense of depth and intrigue to the brand. In the mark, a cloth draped figure stands atop a globe (representing global reach), holding a scroll (knowledge/understanding), a snake wrapped around a staff (confidence and acumen to deliver effective results), and a castle-esque crown (notions of lofty ideals within the property sector).
The brand is a delicate balancing of modern and classic, aiming to go beyond trend or more conventional tropes used by property branding agencies.
