Visor bracket
Task: Create a visor mount with minimal weight and maximum strength.

To understand which bracket shape would be resistant to various vibrations and at the same time lightweight, we used generative design.

The second step was to optimize the result obtained for manufacturing using the milling method and make the bracket more aesthetically pleasing. But at the same time it was necessary to maintain minimal weight and strength.

Using the iteration method, I simplified complex geometry. Between stages I checked the weight and strength.
