Museum of Etnography - Budapest
Brand design 2022
In 2022, the Museum of Etnography moved to a new building in the heart of Budapest. The museum has launched a competition, the aim was to design a visual identity that reflects the values represented by the museum, its hungarian and international etnographic collections and their diversity.
One of my main inspiration was an ornamental motif which is a decorative element in all the Hungarian settlement landscapes of the Carpathian Basin. I combined this tulip motif with the special shape of the new building.
My aim was to create a classic but modern identity to the museum.
