After taking a course in Women and Gender Studies, I felt inclined to make an infographic that let people know how prevalent and common domestic violence is. I used dark colors and an eerie typeface to evoke feelings of sadness and anxiety. In the image, you can only see the figure’s back and legs. I did this to make it mysterious because you never know who is suffering from this form of violence. I made the poster 3-D to add emphasis to the hotline numbers on the side.
