In this post I have included Photos taken with a 50mm lens whilst supporting my brother on his charity bike ride from John O' Groats to Lands' End. He nailed the bike and has nearly reached his target of £5000 for Peter Pan Nursery. All of the Photos are of the flora and fauna taken on the journey.
All shots are using a 50mm lens- which allows you to shoot and not worry about correcting/ faffing afterwards in photoshop- because it has magical powers- that are in fact magic....spot the dragonfly...
A lot of the shots underneath are of wheat- don`t get too excited....I got excited enough for everyone- I drove my wife nuts for the 2 weeks we were on the bike ride and got very excited about things like fields, wheat and plants. I stuck to F1.8 – 2.2 most of time and used 100-200 ISO (3200-4000th sec).
