Concept: 

The mass was influenced by the nature of the surrounding site and the movement of the sea waves between turbulent and calm, which affected the internal circulation and the sense of spaces and their homogeneous relationships with the meeting points of plazas, in order to form a specific mental image for users through that experience using the element of surprise "plazas & open area".  

The large exposure on the main façade and directing it towards the view of the "Mediterranean Sea" with various activities in terms of commercial, entertainment, and outdoor plaza activities, where it mimics the nature of the site with its various activities and represents its skyline with the movement of waves at the horizon line (the connection between sea and sky), enhancing visual and mental characteristics for users and passersby.
