As one of our final projects last year, my teacher had us design a clock. I decided to design a floral clock, with 12 petals for each hour on the clock.

After the design was cut by a laser cutter, I placed the plexiglas on a clay dome and placed it in a kiln for 30 minutes, so that the plastic would melt enough to take on a curved shape. Then, I removed and placed it under running cold water to solidify the clock's curve.
