Mental health became a topic of deep interest to me after I burned out in 2020.
It mattered to me before, hence my certification in Hypnotherapy, but it became a special interest of some sort.
I hyper-focused on it trying to figure out what was happening to me and how to get out of that situation. It took me years but I finally got my autism diagnosis and I'm currently in therapy so I make sure I'm as health as I can be, so I can be the best artist I can be.
