I wanted to showcase type and spacing on a business card so I decided to include only the necessary type and the logo mark on the front of this business card. I chose to keep the colors simple which helps add focus to the text. I love the hierarchy created with the size of the text and the spacing between the lines. I love the negative space which helps add a simple elegance to the design.

For the back I decided to add a pattern to give the card just a little bit of character. I wanted to continue the type focus so I chose to create the pattern using a glyph that was included in the font that I used on this card, Bodoni MT Std Book. I love how it turned out!
