Here my first character design study.

I started by understanding my character, who I wanted them to be: 

a young woman who likes fashion and is just now starting to get into the work world while still studying.

After sketching a few options, which I then refined, I ended up choosing the one I liked the most (the one carrying the bags).

It was then time to play with color palettes, here a few, but in the end I took a some colors from each version.

Since fashion was a very important aspect of her character, I wanted to show that through different outfits. And each look is based on an activity I thought was fitting for her.

After coloring everything, I experimented a bit with different lights and shadows over my final design.

And this is the final result.
