Hans Andersson is a Swedish artist known for his collages and exploration of materiality. Ritator directed the artwork and a monograph of his most recent work. As always, with such commissions, the purpose of the book design is to work as an extension of the artist’s work. Therefore, the book cover, for example, carries an intricate reproduction of one of Andersson’s line drawings, whereas the overall design is executed as an enhancer of his work.
