「五漁罟浪祭」以當地的牽罟文化及海浪為題，結合衝浪、音樂以及市集等多元活動，讓頭城五座漁村的在地民眾及初來乍到的旅人，於享受節慶的同時，傳導海洋文化，並延伸對地方發展的想像。
"Good Wave Festival" is themed around the local fishing method called "Taiwanese Beach Seine" and the ocean waves. It combines various activities such as surfing, music, and markets to allow both local residents from the five fishing villages in Toucheng Town and tourists to enjoy the festival while promoting marine culture and extending imaginations for local development.
牽罟（臺灣話：khan-koo；英語：Taiwanese Beach Seine），是臺灣古老的漁法文化，需要大量人力展現團隊合作之精神，與大海拔河將罟網拉起，收穫由參與者共享，人們也在過程中凝聚感情。
主視覺透過從外澳眺望的龜山島，以及音樂聲波具象而成的層層浪紋，與罟網交織而成，呈現頭城海邊的文化地景與輕鬆愜意的氛圍。
Taiwanese Beach Seine (Taiwanese: khan-koo) is an ancient fishing method in Taiwan that requires a large number of people to pull the fishing net "Koo" from the sea onto the shore. The catch is shared among the participants, showcasing the spirit of teamwork and fostering emotional bonds.
The main visual captures the silhouette of Turtle Island as viewed from the perspective of Waiao, overlaid with wave patterns symbolized by music sound waves, interwoven with fishing nets "Koo," thus showcasing the scenic culture and relaxed atmosphere of Toucheng Beach.
