How do you define memory in design?

For each person, memory is something unique, preserved throughout life. Something that was alive and real at some point in time. People's memories change, fade with time, stay vivid forever, or become intertwined. They can be just a frame of a fleeting moment, or an entire image frozen in time.

In this project, memory is exactly that. A pocket book of 4x5cm like a small piece of memories, a personal version of reality as it was at a specific time. The content is framed and presented like little time-holes. Memories vary from very vidid to more hazy, with the change in opacity. The text and the images are combined, as memories are not linear. They are scattered, they come and go.
