IDENTITY + BRANDING, 2014

DNA BLN is a collision of different creative communities bringing together visionary people from different art scenes and promoting the interaction between artists and the public. An event experience centered on introducing new music as well as incorporating Visual and Media Arts, DJ’s, food trucks and more. It is the freedom and the creativity of an incredible city perfectly blended into one amazing evening that crosses boundaries and breaks all the rules.

Because the event promotes undiscovered artists, (and their budget is pretty low), we decided to cut the production costs and make the executions as cheap as possible.

So, we used just one typeface to create posters that are mostly white but not printed but photo-copied. After being wall-sticked, using colour sprays, we sprayed the DNA over them, creating a playful and fun DNA patters. When separated, all of the posters are different and unique.
