FAN PROJECT with Le Dante Creative Bubble Tea
Summer Symphony K-pop Café Event in Malmö, Sweden (21-22 July 2023)

The first summer K-pop café event in Skåne, held in collaboration with Le Dante Creative Bubble Tea, an artisan café that opened its doors April 2023. For this project I was in charge of designing all the event promotion material and event merchandise, as well as in charge of the digital communication & social media marketing strategy. Since the main target audience were young people aged between 13-25 years, giveaways and short-form paid ad campaigns on Tiktok and Instagram were chosen as the prioritised method of promotion.


As the main event organiser, I was in charge of creating merchandise and marketing materials for the event. This includes a promotion poster and giveaway posters for Le Dante's Instagram page. A promotion video was also created showcasing the different event activities and merchandise that would be distributed at the café event.


TIKTOK / INSTAGRAM REELS PROMOTION
A paid Tiktok promotion ad campaign following a conventional short-form video was used to promote the event to main target audience, i.e. local K-pop fans between 13 to 25. The promotion video was also posted as a reel on Le Dante Creative Bubble Tea's own official Instagram @ledante.malmo. The video received a total of 29,100 views from both channels (as of March 2024).
