To introduce a new product into a market that has yet to be discovered. A change in global warming and gulf stream have meant that Sturgeon are now a special catch in the estuaries and coastal waters of Cornwall. With a changing climate, Cornish Caviar could soon become a reality.
THE CONCEPT
 
Target the brand at tourists and those who want to discover new things in Cornwall.
I noticed the position of your hand while doing this is identical to the form of making binoculars with your hands. 
I decided to use this gesture to emanate both heritage and adventure; whilst merging two different worlds together in the new brand.
