Ghost Town Living is a new release from Brent Underwood, most notable for his work on the Youtube channel by the same title with over 1 million subscribers. I am honored and excited to share my work on the illustrations and maps for this book about the journey of overcoming many challenges at the edge of Death Valley.

The theme for the illustrations was to incorporate a minimal symbol representing each element that dictates the 4 major sections of the book; Earth, Water, Fire, Wind. We wanted to allow for some rugged historic nods to the western style while containing them into minimal icons.

The second major contribution I made to this title was the task of creating several map designs including custom illustration work which captured important visual information and guides to create an immersive experience for the readers. 

Ghost Town Living was published by Penguin Random House and is available anywhere books are sold. It has already reached the New York Times bestseller list!
