THE GREAT PYRAMIDS

In the beginning, there was “Nun” or “the Void,” as some translate it. It was an unformed mass containing dormant seeds of life. From Nun, the solar deity Ra emerged mysteriously, declaring himself ruler of the cosmos. However, Nun’s role extended beyond this; it concealed itself at the boundaries of the living world, harboring immense negative energy that threatened to engulf everything. It perpetually served as a dwelling for lost souls, the uninitiated dead, and even deceased children who lacked proper religious rituals.
After Ra assumed dominion over the universe as the representative of the sun, he sent forth his golden rays to Earth. The waves receded, revealing land where once water had covered the entire surface. The first mound of sand—the primordial mound—received these rays, transforming them into tangible matter. This elevated stone became known as “Ben-Ben” in the city of Heliopolis, revered throughout all of Egypt as the birthplace of creation. Within those rays lay the divine essence of Ra, who, through self-fertilization, gave birth to the second generation of gods.
