The brief: Create a themed 24hr event including simultaneous participation from 16 international offices in 8 countries across 8 time zones
Participating groups get locked into a venue and are given 24 hours to come up with working ideas for the brand.
The 24 hours starts with an opening video as well as video reminders, countdowns and inspirational messages from the CEO and upper management throughout the 24 hour period
Touchpoint's included an oxygen bar,
A fully stocked bar, complete with interactive surface
A massage station,
Large Sci-Fi themed characters as decor and prizes,
Time zone clocks showing the times of competing teams in their various countries
The 24 hour event ended with a 'Dragons Den' 3 minute pitch alternating between local and international teams
Ending with the judging panel awarding prizes and announcing the winner
