This project has been developed in collaboration with Daniele Baratta and Cristina Bianchi.The aim is the exploration of new technological application for domestic appliances.
The project focused on the use of compressed air power as engine for a new kitchen mixer.Together with technical studies, new design features have been developed to fit technology with typical usability needs of a kitchen mixer.
This mixer is positioned on the wall, becoming an integrated part of the kitchen, and it uses air compression, in order to avoid problem coming from electricity, noise, usage.
The external body gives space to the holder and stores the other accessories, and when it’s not in use it displays the time.
