BALLANTINE’S "Time Well Spent" Mentoring
"Time Well Spent" combines the five major courses and cuisine that a BALLANTINE’S master must undergo. As a creative director, I used 'time' as the main visual style. The visual presentation adopts a pure, white minimalist style through which the chef team interprets the aesthetic of 'time refines beauty' with ingredients and cooking techniques, among others.
Time is an art of perception, a beautiful journey in search of memory through the five senses. BALLANTINE’S, with the concept of a time gallery, unlike a general tasting event, offers an immersive experience to fully appreciate the centuries-old and wonderfully refined flavor of BALLANTINE’S through art performances.
