I started with the concept of depicting the discrepancy between “true feelings,” “superficial images” seen by others, and “feelings in one's own heart” in an easy-to-understand manner. At first glance, this animation work is cute, surreal, and fun, with completely different things popping out of the characters' heads. I also drew “connections of feelings” by making the individual works connect to each other like a matryoshka.
The stories are sensory, not concrete, and the changing characters and settings allow the viewer to imagine them as they wish. The Descriptions of the individual works contain hints of the story. It is also a story with no end point in sight. A story that is updated and spun every day, whether it takes place in a day or a century, and whose story it is.
