This is the beginnings of my creative process for my personal design logo. After this, I took my rough (shown at right) and brought it into a digital format which then resulted in the final logo seen above.

I was throwing around a lot of ideas for this logo, and originally I wasn't sure exactly what form it would take. After experimenting with various shape language choices such as soft and round/illustrative ones like rocks, leaves and other outdoor things, I finally settled on the idea of combining my last initial with a pencil to create the simple, symmetrical shape that best communicates my brand.
